Kris Herman is in her second term as First Vice President and just completed her fifth year as head coach at Williams College after 16 seasons at conference rival Tufts University.
In 2008, Williams saw an end to a run of four straight NESCAC West Division titles. During the 2006 season, the Ephs rode a school-record 20-game win streak to a second consecutive appearance in the NCAA Division III national softball finals. The Ephs’ finished the 2006 campaign with a 30-10 mark, producing only the second 30-win season in program history. Herman has an overall record of 449-212-3.
She has had years of service to the NFCA through committee involvement and also served two terms as the Division III representative to the NFCA Board. She was an inaugural member of the Top 25 Poll Committee and just completed two terms as the New England representative to the Division III All-American Committee.
