Kevin Blaskowski is in his first term as the Division II Representative and is his entering his sixth season at the helm of West Texas A&M University and his 19th season as a collegiate head coach.
Since reviving the Lady Buff program after a 24-year absence, Blaskowski has led his team to two straight 35-win seasons, including a school record 45 in 2010. The school win record wasn't the only new ground covered for West Texas in 2010, as the Lady Buffs also made their first-ever NCAA Regional appearance.
Blaskowski began his coaching career in 1991 at Kansas Wesleyan, where he was also the head women's basketball coach, and has also served as the head coach at Washburn, Phillips (Okla.), Southern Arkansas, and Eastern New Mexico.
Blaskowski completed his undergraduate studies at Valley City State University (N.D.) where he received a degree in Physical Education. He later received his master's degree in health, physical education and recreation from Emporia State University.
