Hal Wynn began his first term as the NAIA Representative in January 2009. Wynn is in his 18th season as head coach at Faulkner University. In addition to those duties, Wynn is also the Associate Athletic Director at the school.

Wynn has won more than 500 games while at the helm of the Eagles. Faulkner has made NAIA regional postseason play in 13 of the past 14 seasons. In 2008, Wynn was voted the Southern States Athletic Conference and the NAIA Region XIII Coach of the Year.
