Bio:

Jayne Clem began her first term as the NJCAA Representative in January 2009. Clem is beginning her ninth season as head coach at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama.

While at Wallace, Clem has guided the Lions to four Alabama State Championships. This past season, Wallace set a school record by winning 68 games and also captured the NJCAA Division I World Series championship.
