Jayne Clem began her first term as the NJCAA Representative in January 2009. Clem is beginning her 11th season as head coach at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama.
While at Wallace, Clem has guided the Lions to six Alabama State Championships. Clem has helped lead Wallace to the NJCAA Division I title in game in each of the past three seasons, including 2008 when the Lions won a school-record 68 games in en route to the national title.
Clem has also earned NFCA South Region Coaching Staff of the Year honors in each of the past three seasons and her staff earned National Coaching Staff of the Year honors in both 2008 and 2010.
Clem has an associate's degree in accounting from Calhoun Community College, a bachelor's degree in physical education and health from Athens State College, now University, and a master's from Alabama A&M.
