Kelly Ford began her first term as the California Junior College Representative in January 2009. Ford is in her eighth season as head coach at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, California.

While at Mount San Antonio, Ford has led the Mounties to three Calfornia Community College State Championships. In addition, Ford has been honored four times as the South Coast Conference Coach of the Year. During her time, more than 50 players have gone on to play softball on the senior college level.
