Nashville Renaissance Hotel

Reservations: To make your hotel reservation, call 1.800.327.6618 or 615.255.8400 and ask for rooms in the NFCA block. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Call before November 1 to assure room availability and rate. All reservations require a one-nigh advance deposit per room, plus tax, to guarantee acoomodoations. In the event of cancellation, this is completely refundable if cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. If you have any problems, contact the NFCA.

Check-In: By 4 p.m. is guaranteed; checkout is noon.

Rates: The NFCA has acquired the following rates beginning Wednesday, December 2 through Tuesday, December 15: $135 Single or Double.

Parking: There is a parking garage directly accross the street. Self-parking is $6 per day if the car remains at the garage; additional charges will apply if the car is taken out and then re-entered. Valet parking at the hotel is $25 per day, with in and out privileges.

The host hotel, Renaissance Nashville Hotel, is sold out. However, the NFCA has acquired two overflow properties within walking distance of the hotel and the adjoining Nashville Convention Center.

Aiport Transportation: The Nashville International Airport (BNA) has 16 airlines serving 86 markets and sees 404 daily airport arrivals and departures. The following is a list of the airlines with gates as the Nashville Airport: American, American Eagle, Air Canada, Comair, Continental, Corporate Express, Delta, Delta Express, Frontier, Independence Air, Midwest, Northwest, Pace, Skyway, Southwest, United, United Express, US Airways and US Airways Express. Please note that there is a $6 a day cost for self-parking, if you plan to drive to Nashville.

If you need transportation from the airport to the Renaissance in downtown Nashville, here are two options:

Gray Line Airport Express: The company has extended a special rate to NFCA convention attendees of $11 one-way and $16 round-trip. Call 615.883.5555 for more information or visit www.graylinenashville.com. The Gray Line Airport Express services downtown Nashville from the Nashville International Airport. Service begins at 5 a.m. and runs until 11 p.m. departing every 15-20 minutes from the airport and every 30 minutes from most hotels.

Taxi: From the airport, the meter stars at $7 and the rate is $2 per mile. There is a flat rate of $25 to the downtown area.
