EASTON VICTORY CLUB APPLICATION FORM

The Easton Victory Club recognizes head coaches who reach 100-win milestone increments (e.g., 100 wins, 200 wins, 300 wins, 400 wins, etc.) during the 2009-10 school year. Please complete the form even if you did not reach a milestone in fall 2009 or spring 2010 so we may compile an overall record listing. Coaches reaching a milestone in this period will be honored at the Easton Victory Club luncheon at the 2010 NFCA National Convention Thursday, December 9, in San Diego, California.

Please Note: Associate head coaches who pay the head coach membership fee are eligible for the Victory Club.

Due date for the 2009-10 season is Friday, October 1, 2010, and the form will be taken off-line at that time.

Directions: Please break down your cumulative win-loss record by institution/team, and include the number of years/seasons
at each one. Please note that the NFCA uses the following rules in determining career record:

1. Wins in career records should be limited to the membership category in which the coach is a member. The categories are travel ball; high school; and college (including junior college and four-year institutions). In other words, if you are a college coach, only your wins as a junior college or college coach would count in the tabulation.
2. Slow-pitch wins are acceptable, if fastpitch was not yet offered at your institution.
