What's Included in Convention Registration

ENTRANCE TO THE BELOW EVENTS IS INCLUDED WITH FULL REGISTRATION FEES

NFCA Attendee Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted by email to Events@NFCA.org. Cancellations received on or prior to Nov. 8 will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $75. Cancellations between Nov. 9 and Nov. 23 will receive a one-half refund. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made on or after Nov. 24.

Surrounding States Special discount

Any high school, travel ball, or youth coach from Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia or West Virginia will receive $50 OFF 2023 Convention Registration fees! To receive this discount, you MUST CALL the NFCA at 502-409-4600 by November 1, 2023.

The NFCA moves our annual event across the country and Kentucky is as close as we'll get to your region for a few years. We know it can be a challenge for high school, travel ball, and youth coaches to travel across the country each year to attend our National Convention so we want to make it affordable for you to attend this year! Please help "spread the word" in your region by sharing the 'surrounding states' special pricing information to any "grassroots coach" who may be interested in attending.

CREATING A COMPLEMENTARY PITCHING STAFF (Dec. 6 | 1-4:00 PM)
In today’s game, it takes more than one pitcher to be successful. With an expanded pitching staff comes unique challenges. This seminar will cover planning creative bullpens, designing game plans for each opponent, recruiting principles for diversifying pitchers, creating a cohesive culture, and more.
This seminar qualifies for one credit towards an NFCA pitching endorsement.

COMMUNICATION: SMALL SHIFTS, BIG IMPACT (Dec. 6 | 1-4:00 PM)
In “Small Shifts, BIG Impact,” Betsy Butterick will focus on simple communication techniques applicable to a variety of coaching situations. If you’re looking to reframe a negative situation in a positive light, ask a difficult question in an empathetic way, or transform an objection into an opportunity, this interactive session will teach you to make subtle changes that yield noticeable results.

NFCC Courses

The NFCC is a unique program that is unmatched in its content and access to the premier coaches in the game. You will learn how to elevate your athletes' game by attending any or all of the eight courses offered by the NFCA.

For an additional fee, build your coaching knowledge with our National Fastpitch Coaches College courses. Below are the three courses offered at the 2023 NFCA National Convention in Louisville, Ky. (Dec. 6-9).

COURSE 402A: ADVANCED ANALYSIS OF PITCHING (Dec. 5-6)
This course will provide two days of in-depth information on the technical aspects of pitching; serving to enhance your ability to analyze and teach individual skills to today’s pitcher.
This course qualifies for one credit towards an NFCA pitching endorsement.

COURSE 406: COACHING DYNAMIC TEAM PRACTICES (Dec. 5-6)
This popular course will provide unique insight into planning, implementing, and running practices that will take your team to the next level.

COURSE 402B: ADVANCED ANALYSIS OF HITTING & SHORT-GAME SKILLS (Dec. 9-10)
This course will enhance your ability to understand, analyze and teach individual skills on the offensive side of the ball. Two days of in-depth information will be delivered by instructors who are some of the best offensive minds in the country.

This course qualifies for one credit towards an NFCA hitting endorsement.

Beware of Hotel Scams

The National Fastpitch Coaches Association DOES NOT work with any housing bureaus or companies that contact our members, attendees or exhibitor partners directly. Unfortunately, we have become aware that there are some companies pretending to be the “official” NFCA housing company/bureau, promising to offer special non-refundable rates at NFCA Convention hotels and requesting credit card information. Please know that any contact directly by a housing company/bureau/hotel group should be considered a scam. If you receive contact from a company/bureau/hotel group offering you hotel discounts or options, please notify our office at (502) 409-4600 immediately and provide us with the name and contact information for the individual or group that contacted you, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the Convention.

Friday/Saturday Only Registration Info

A special two-day rate is offered ONLY for high school, travel ball and youth coaches who are unable to attend the full Convention. This allows access into the speaker sessions, after-hours social functions, the exhibit hall and meals those two days.
