2024 NFCA CONVENTION REGISTRATION

Registration includes an attendee gift, two breakfasts, a Happy Hour, Opening Reception, PGF Party, Mentoring Workshop, Hall of Fame Banquet, NFCA Awards Brunch, access to all educational speakers, Fireside Chats, applicable caucus & committee meetings, and access to the Exhibit Show.

All refund requests must be submitted by email to Events@NFCA.org. Cancellations received on or prior to Nov. 8 will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $75. Cancellations between Nov. 9 and Nov. 23 will receive a one-half refund. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made on or after Nov. 24.

Any high school, travel ball, or youth coach from Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma or Texas will receive $50 OFF 2024 Convention Registration fees! To receive this discount, you MUST CALL the NFCA at 502-409-4600 by November 1, 2024.

The NFCA moves our annual event across the country and Texas is as close as we'll get to your region for a few years. We know it can be a challenge for high school, travel ball, and youth coaches to travel across the country each year to attend our National Convention so we want to make it affordable for you to attend this year! Please help "spread the word" in your region by sharing the 'surrounding states' special pricing information to any "grassroots coach" who may be interested in attending.

FASTPITCH LEVEL 1 SEMINAR Dec. 3 (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) | Dec. 4 (8:00 AM-Noon)
This two-day live seminar hosted by OnBaseU at the NFCA Convention allows students to learn and interact with instructors as they guide attendees through a detailed analysis of how to evaluate pitchers, from technique to physical screening. Instructors will highlight the most common pitching characteristics that limit performance and show how physical limitations can be the root cause of each. Attendees will learn how to physically assess players using OnBaseU's Fastpitch physical screen.

The NFCC is a unique program that is unmatched in its content and access to the premier coaches in the game. You will learn how to elevate your athletes' game by attending any or all of the eight courses offered by the NFCA.

For an additional fee, build your coaching knowledge with our National Fastpitch Coaches College courses. Below are the three courses offered at the 2024 NFCA National Convention in Dallas, Texas (Dec. 4-7).

COURSE 405: EXPLOSIVE TEAM OFFENSE & STRATEGY (Dec. 3-4)
You have to score to win. As offenses throughout the country are putting more and more big numbers on the board you can come learn the strategies integral to offensive success. Learn how to read your opponent and coordinate the actions of your individual players in order to score and manufacture runs.
This course qualifies for one credit towards an NFCA hitting endorsement.

COURSE 403: POSITION PLAY AND INDIVIDUAL DEFENSIVE SKILLS (Dec. 3-4)
This popular course will provide unique insight into planning, implementing, and running practices that will take your team to the next level.

COURSE 410: ADVANCED ANALYSIS OF HITTING & SHORT-GAME SKILLS (Dec. 7-8)
The impact technology has on a team's offensive production continues to grow at all levels. From individual metrics to the way a coach scouts and prepares for an opponent, technology is in everything we do. It doesn’t have to be expensive and it doesn’t have to be confusing. Register today to learn more about the ways you can implement and harness technology throughout your program to achieve major gains on the field.

This course qualifies for one credit towards an NFCA hitting endorsement.
