Our country and its people were paralyzed by the events of September 11, 2001. Thousands of innocent Americans perished in what will be remembered as one of the most sad and tragic days in the history of the United States of America. As the healing process of our nation begins, we are witnessing Americans coming together in ways never witnessed before by this generation. To help with the financial devastation suffered as a result of this tragedy, several American corporations have pledged millions of dollars in relief aid.

As one nation, we, as individuals, can make a huge difference in the financial hurdles that are faced in the relief efforts now, and in the future, as we embark on a mission to restore world peace.

If you can afford to do so, please send $21.00 to the American Red Cross (why $21.00? 9-11-01 -- those numbers added together equal 21) right away to help with this national and world crisis. Please take 15 minutes out of your day to mail a check.

This is just one way that you can make a real difference to help the victims and the families who were directly affected by this terrible tragedy. The goal of this message is to raise over one million dollars ($1,000,000) for the American Red Cross by reaching 50,000 people accross the country and world who are able and willing to donate. It's possible to raise this amount of money if we all work together in accomplishing this goal!
