Emily StaffHS 18Emily Allard

Director of Marketing and Sponsorships

Emily Allard joined the NFCA in 2014 and was promoted to Director of Marketing and Sponsorships in 2019. Since her arrival, Allard has steered the Association’s marketing and sponsorship efforts, worked directly with exhibitors and handled all advertising inquiries. She also serves as the Travel Ball liaison and oversees social media strategy efforts.

Allard has built strong foundations, contributing to major increases in sponsors, sponsorship revenue and exhibitor participation. Under her watch, the NFCA has sold out its Exhibit Show the last four years, enhanced exhibitor presence at Coaches Clinics and seen an over 120 percent increase in sponsorship revenue to name just a few. She has originated more opportunities for companies to spread their message, which includes implementing educational opportunities in the Exhibit Hall, creating a digital silent auction for the Convention and working with official sponsors and partners to create unique ways to reach the Association's membership.

Additionally, Allard creates the Association’s social media strategy, paid ads, calendar and content across all platforms. She manages the development of brand awareness through online engagement which has seen a social media reach of over 60,000 fans, 367,000 website users and 1.49 million-page views.

Allard, a native of Antioch, Calif., graduated from Northwestern University in 2014 with a bachelors in communications studies and a masters in integrated marketing communications from the Medill School of Journalism. She left the Wildcats as the program’s all-time leader in stolen bases (154 – Top 25 NCAA all-time) and the single-season record holder in batting average (.491). A four-time NFCA All-Region and All-Big Ten selection, Allard was the 12th overall pick by the Chicago Bandits in the 2014 NPF draft and named to that year’s All-NPF team as a rookie. She helped the Bandits to a pair of Cowles Cup titles in 2015 and 2016.

Allard is also the co-founder and co-owner of Be The Momentum, LLC. Along with her collegiate teammate, Kristin Scharkey, the duo created the clinic instruction business from the ground-up, solely around the idea of empowering slappers to be catalysts for game-changing moments.
