Composition and Duties of the Internet Committee per the NFCA Bylaws:

a) Composition and Selection. The Internet Committee shall consist of a chair and six additional active members elected by a majority vote of the active membership. The president may appoint one to five additional committee members from either the active or affiliate membership. The chair will be elected in odd years. The President and Executive Director shall serve as ex-officio members of this committee and shall have voice but no vote.

b) Term of Service. The term shall be two years, with a maximum of two consecutive terms. The term of service of appointed members shall be determined by the President.

c)  Duties. It shall be the duty of the Internet Committee to:

(1) Write, contribute to and solicit articles for the NFCA’s home page.

(2) Direct the content of the page.

(3) Develop ideas to expand the NFCA’s internet presence.

(4) Approve internet procedures.
