Manager of Marketing
The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the professional growth of fastpitch softball coaches. We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Manager of Marketing. It is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits, located at the NFCA headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities: The position involves the development and implementation of marketing plans for NFCA events and membership. In addition, the marketing professional will sell advertising for NFCA publications and web site. He or she will work with the Executive Director in developing strong relationships with corporate clients. In addition, the Manager of Marketing will administer the NFCA National Convention Exhibitor Show. Some travel is involved.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, marketing, sports management or related field. The successful candidate will be a high-energy individual who possesses strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. In addition, he or she must have the ability to work independently, and possess excellent presentation, attention-to-detail and creative-thinking qualities. Must be proficient in both Excel and Powerpoint. Background in softball is preferred.
Salary: Commensurate with experience, with full benefits.
