The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the professional growth of fastpitch softball coaches. We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Office Manager. It is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits, located at the new NFCA headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. Responsibilities: The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the NFCA office, including answering the telephone and assisting callers, fulfillment of NFCA store orders, coordination of mailings and copying, and supervising maintenance issues. In addition, the Office Manager will draft correspondence, assist in the awards process and order supplies. He or she will help with NFCA events, including the administration of NFCA’s recruiting camps and working the NFCA National Convention. Some travel is involved.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail qualities, be a high-energy team player with a service-oriented personality, and have the ability to multi-task. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and database software. Knowledge of softball or other applicable sport experience is preferred.
