Application forms for the National Fastpitch Coaches Association’s 2006 recruiting camps are now available on the NFCA Web site.

Registration for one session at each camp is $80, while registration for two sessions is $70. Second sessions are dependent on available space after all first session registrants have been confirmed. No second sessions are available for the Pennsbury, Sparkler and Fireworks camps.

The 2006 NFCA administered camps are as follows:

NFCA Pennsbury Recruiting Camp, Yardley, Penn., June 15
NFCA Colorado Sparkler Recruiting Camp, Westminister, Colo., June 26
NFCA Colorado Fireworks Recruiting Camp, Aurora, Colo., June 27
NFCA SGS Shootout Recruiting Camp, Toledo, Ohio, July 6
NFCA Elite College Showcase Recruiting Camp, McKinney, Texas, July 20

The NFCA also endorses 11 recruiting camps. Application for these camps can be done on the NFCA Web site; however, local staff handles all administration, including the acceptance of campers and registration. Despite being managed by other groups, each camp is required to strictly comply with NFCA standards.

NFCA Carolina Dynamite Recruiting Camp, Lexington, S.C., June 14

The NFCA camps attracted more than 6,000 applicants and 1,000 pre-registered college coaches from around the nation in 2005.
