Download the Hall of Fame nomination form in PDF format

If you have a coach in mind that you feel is worthy of being nominated for the NFCA Hall of Fame, here is the criteria to be inducted, as well as key deadlines. Please review the NFCA Hall of Fame nomination form located at the above link.

Hall of Fame Nomination Deadlines

The Chair of the Awards and Hall of Fame Committee distributes copies of each nomination file: Nomination form, resume, letters of recommendation, and miscellaneous items to committee members.
If the chair deems it necessary, a conference call to review nominee files will take place prior to the convention. At this time, a voting member should notify the chair if he/she is unable to attend and vote at the convention. An absentee ballot will be solicited by the chair for that member.
The chair will be responsible for setting up the conference call with approval of the executive director.
