California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) retains Women'Sports Services as exclusive Women's Sports Marketing Agency for inaugural events.
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA., Women'Sports Services (WSS) has been retained by the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), the largest high school athletic federation in the country, to promote and market two (2) inaugural celebration dinners honoring 25 females who have paved the way for girls high school athletics in the state of California.
In recognition of 25 years of high school athletics in the state of California, CIF has announced two (2) dinner celebrations, one in northern California, October 23, 1999 and a southern California event on November 7, 1999.
CIF provides equitable athletic opportunities for over 1.4 million students attending 1,200 plus public & private schools in California and 78,000 coaches and athletic directors. Media influence through CIF on the State Population is estimated at 30,000,000.The events, in their first year will combine to become an annual event in future years for the state of California. As the exclusive marketing agency for the event, Women'Sports Services (WSS) will work in coordination with CIF's marketing department and be responsible for servicing accounts related to marketing, sponsorship sales, coordination of speakers, and athlete appearances."The CIF is extremely proud of the girls and women who have made such tremendous contributions to the development of girls athletics in California high schools over the last 25 years. These banquets will honor 25 of these trailblazers, women who have fueled the growth of girls' athletics through their leadership, dedication and perseverance.
