In all, 162 student-athletes representing 107 member-high schools from 30 states earned the honor of being called a member of two teams in each of the five 2010 Louisville Slugger NFCA/All-Region teams.

While North Davidson led the nation with six selections from the South Region, Texas Class 5A State Champion Pearland followed closely behind with five selections of their own from the South Central Region.
