The National Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association’s 2009 Louisville Slugger/NFCA NJCAA Division I All-America Teams were announced by the organization on Monday.

The 2009 NJCAA Division I Champions Yavapai College leads the way with four first-team All-Americans. Outfielder Caitlin Stangl hit .513 on the season with 73 runs scored, 41 RBI on the year. Pitcher Jenna Rodriguez hit .494 at the plate with 43 runs scored an an impressive 88 RBI to go with 15 doubles. Catcher Brittany Tucker hit .403 on the season, adding 48 runs scored and 73 RBI w hile infielder Kacie Smith hit .402 with 68 runs scored and 71 RBI.
Two additional schools, Blinn College and NJCAA runner-up Wallace State-Hanceville, each had a pair of first-team All-Americans.
For Blinn, infielder Caley Jeter hit .498 on the season with 80 runs scored, 13 doubles, six triples, 41 RBI and 27 stolen bases. Her totals for runs scored and triples lead the team. Outfielder Hannah Schwarz leads the team with a .538 batting average and 29 stolen bases while adding 64 runs scored, a double, three triples and 26 RBI.
Wallace State pitcher Kelsey Dennis finished the year with a 34-4 record, five saves and 0.84 ERA. She pitched a team-leading 249.1 innings on the season, striking out 340 batters with 15 shutouts and 24 complete games. Infielder Stephanie Needham led the team with a .457 batting average, 15 home runs and 71 RBI while also contributing 19 doubles, three triples and 37 runs scored during the 2009 season.
Connors State DP Samantha Swanda turned in a .488 batting average with 47 runs scored, 57 RBI and 82 hits during the season.
From Florida Community College at Jacksonville, infielder Alona Personius led FCCJ with a .407 batting average, 94 hits, 11 home runs, 22 doubles and added five stolen bases, 53 runs scored, three triples and 49 RBI.
Outfielder Toni Dance of Iowa Western hit .478 on the season, turning in 98 hits, 20 doubles, five triples, 96 RBI and 64 runs scored.
Samantha Schoenwald of Northwest Florida State College turned in a 24-1 season record with a 0.55 ERA. She struck out 160 batters on the season over 27 appearances in the circle.
Pima Community College infielder Logan Hall hit .449 this season, turning in 80 hits, 22 doubles, four triples, 73 RBI and 68 runs scored during the season.
Form Santa Fe CC, outfielder Brittany Cannon hit .513 with 74 runs scored, 40 RBI, 10 triples, 12 doubles and 97 hits on the year.
Seward County Community College pitcher Courtney Auger had a 25-6 season record with a 1.52 ERA over 193.1 innings pitched. She struck out 265 batters during the season.
Haley Nix, an infielder from Texarkana finished her season with a .509 batting average, scoring 65 runs with 90 RBI, six triples, 25 doubles and 113 hits during the season.
