LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Senior Madison Ingram of Bowling Green (Mo.) High School is this week’s MaxPreps/NFCA National High School Player of the Week for contests played September 7-13.

Highlighted by a no-hitter, Ingram twirled a pair of complete-game shutouts as she keyed her squad to wins over Montgomery County and Palmyra last week. In her first start, the six-foot hurler stymied Montgomery County in a 7-0 win. Ingram struck out 14, allowed just one base runner via a walk and faced just one batter over the minimum. It was her second no-no of the season. The senior continued her dominance against Palmyra, scattering three hits, striking out six and walking one in a five-inning 11-0 triumph. With those two shutouts, Ingram has not allowed a run in her last three starts and zero earned runs over her last five (29 IP, 7 H, 50 K, 4 BB).
