Darin Monroe has led the Golden Eagles to unprecedented success, winning six straight NJCAA DIII National Championships - the first NJCAA softball program to accomplish this feat. In eight seasons, Monroe boasts a 371-75 (.835) overall record which also includes seven consecutive N4C conference championships. Additionally, Monroe has served as the department's Athletic Director since October, 2018. Under his direction, Monroe has coached 29 NFCA All-Americans, 46 All-Region IV honorees and 42 All-N4C recipients, including six N4C MVPs.
