Built for Coaching Staffs: Inside NFCA Group Memberships

What is an NFCA Group Membership?

Coaching softball is rarely a one-person job. Whether you're running a high school program, managing a travel ball organization, or leading a youth league, success comes from alignment across your entire staff. That's where NFCA Group Memberships come in, offering a cost-effective way to ensure every coach on your team has access to the same trusted resources, education, and support.

An NFCA Group Membership allows multiple coaches within the same program or organization to join under one membership at a discounted rate. The designated individual, which could be a head coach, director/manager, or assistant coach, serves as the group administrator, with the ability to easily add or remove coaches through a simple User Management link in their Coach's Box. Each additional coach receives their own login and individual access to NFCA benefits, making it seamless to support staff changes throughout the season.

Group Memberships are available for high school, travel ball, and youth programs, ensuring that coaching staffs at every developmental level can grow together.

Group Memberships are designed to be flexible and budget-friendly:

  • $350 for 3–5 coaches
  • $500 for 6–9 coaches
  • $600 for 10 coaches, plus $60 for each additional coach

Compared to individual memberships for each assistant or staff member, group pricing offers meaningful savings, especially for programs focused on long-term development and staff continuity.

One Membership, Real Value for Your Softball Program

Every coach included in a group membership receives full access to NFCA's core benefits. That means your entire staff can tap into:

Instead of relying on one coach to "pass along" information, everyone has direct access, creating consistency in coaching softball fundamentals, communication, and philosophy.

Support Your Entire Coaching Staff

Whether you're mentoring a new softball coach or supporting experienced assistants, group memberships help elevate your entire staff. Coaches can learn at their own pace, explore new softball coaching strategies, and build confidence both on and off the field. It's professional development that works with and around busy schedules.

Why Join as a Group?

At its core, the NFCA exists to support softball coaches. Group Memberships make that support more accessible, affordable, and impactful, especially for programs committed to growing the game together. When every coach has access to the same tools, language, and learning opportunities, your athletes benefit most.
