Lisa Fernandez tossed a two-hitter as WPSL Gold defeated the (Illinois) White Sox All-Stars 9-0 Friday at Rockford, Ill in the WPSL Tour of Fastpitch Champions. Fernandez recorded 13 strikeouts. Crystl Bustos, Fernandez and Kelly Kretschman had two hits apiece to lead the offense.

The Tour of Fastpitch Champions remains in Rockford tonight as WPSL Gold takes on WPSL All-Stars at 6 p.m. (CDT), followed by a contest between WPSL All-Stars and White Sox All-Stars.
