Digital Education Library: Located in your members-only "Coach's Box" you will find full seminars on a multitude of topics from previous Conventions. Over 1,500 hours of educational videos are available at your fingertips to help you excel in your coaching career.
Webinars: Engage with a member coach, an expert in the field or another friend of the NFCA who will share their knowledge of a specific topic to NFCA members only. Designed to help coaches be the best they can be, new episodes will be available 4 - 6 times a year and will be announced via the NFCA’s online newsletter and social media accounts then archived in your “Coach’s Box” for future access at any time. Podcasts: “The Dirt” NFCA podcast presented by Netting Professionals is designed to help coaches gain a better understanding of various facets of the game by listening to a member coach, expert in the field or friend of the NFCA share their knowledge of a specific topic. New episodes go live on Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. ET
The scholarship, created by the NFCA’s Diversity Committee, is awarded to a minority member coach who shows a commitment to working with minorities and growing the game of fastpitch in their communities and has a need for financial assistance to attend the Convention. Recipients receive a stipend to attend the NFCA National Convention.
MARY NUTTER SCHOLARSHIP
The educational grant, named for the former Pittsburg State (Kan.) head coach and 1997 NFCA Hall of Fame inductee who founded National Sports Clinics, seeks to continue Nutter’s effort to provide softball coaches at all levels access to the best minds in the sport in order to help them become better coaches themselves. Recipients receive all expenses paid to attend the NFCA National Convention.
GERI ANN GLASCO MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship, presented in partnership with The Natasha Watley Foundation and The Glasco Family, is awarded to a female member coach in her first five years of coaching who shows a commitment to growing the game of fastpitch in her community and has a need for financial assistance to attend the Convention. Recipients receive all expenses paid to attend the NFCA National Convention.
NFCA's member e-newsletter, Fastpitch Connected - Each bi-weekly edition provides a quick look at the latest softball news.
Top Recruit - our annual magazine focuses on the college-bound softball student-athlete. NFCA members who sign up for the Camp Network will receive a digital link of the current year's publication for their campers. It is published each May.
All NFCA members will receive a FREE calendar featuring member coaches from all divisions across the country. Submit your own photos to be featured in next year's calendar!
Effect Change: Members are able to participate and have a voice in NFCA surveys regarding rule changes and legislative issues affecting their respective divisions, particularly at the collegiate levels.
Camp Network: NFCA members receive access to our Camp Network. This network brings together NFCA-member institutional camp information and youth softball players who are looking for reputable camps to improve their skills. Let us promote your camp for you! Registered camps will also receive access to our Top Recruit magazine for their campers.
Tournament Network: Your one stop location for tournament openings. Submit openings for your tournament or search to find open dates in your area.
Do you have multiple coaches within your staff or organization and want them all to receive the benefits of being an NFCA member? Consider joining through a group membership at a discounted rate! As the head coach, you will be considered the "anchor member" and have the ability to add and delete members within your group membership. Each of your additional coaches will be considered "non-anchor" members and have their own log-in information with access to many of the same benefits.*
