What You'll Do:- Lead all aspects of student-athlete development in assigned areas of responsibility, including hitting instruction, preparation, and performance. Develop and implement individualized player development plans tailored to each student-athlete’s strengths, goals, and areas for growth.
- Assist in coordinating the evaluation, recruitment, preparation, and development of prospective and current student-athletes. Responsibilities include identifying, contacting, and recruiting prospective student-athletes through phone, mail, electronic correspondence, and in-person evaluations; traveling locally and nationally for recruiting purposes; and assisting with camps and clinics.
- Assist in all aspects of the preparation and development of women’s softball student-athletes, including planning and conducting practice sessions, analyzing video and performance data, providing technical instruction and feedback, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment.
- Coordinate equipment ordering, inventory management, and communication with vendors to ensure program needs are met.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly CARA logs in accordance with NCAA regulations and departmental policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Serve as a direct contact for the JV program in the appropriate sport, including, but not limited to the following:
- Execute team practices and establish goals for individual and team development;
- Plan and execute competitive team and individual strategy during the appropriate season schedule;
- Coordinate team travel, in cooperation with the Head Coach, including operating vehicles to and from away contests;
- Monitor Study Tables participation and coordinate student-athlete academic success initiatives;
- Serve as an accessible resource and point of contact for JV student-athletes in the program.
- Support the recruitment and enrollment goals of the sport program and Department of Athletics;
- Support the mission, vision, and strategic plan of Indiana Tech
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Valid Operator’s License and a good driving record required
- Have current First Aid/CPR training; or the ability to obtain such before employment
- Prior participation experience with a college sports program (ex. playing, managing, supporting)
