This twelve-month, full-time, exempt position provides program leadership, including player development, recruitment, practice and game management, scheduling, budget oversight, including team fund raising, and supervision of coaching staff. OGX - Pitching Coach

OGX is seeking a Pitching Coach to support in-gym athlete development within a high-performance, data-informed training environment. This role involves hands-on coaching with athletes ranging from youth to collegiate and professional levels, implementing pitching assessments, supporting individualized training programs, and collaborating with pitching, hitting, strength & conditioning, and sport science staff. Coaches will work primarily during afternoons, evenings, and weekends and are expected to operate within structured yet evolving coaching systems. This position is ideal for a coach who values athlete development, is eager to learn and apply objective data and technology, and wants to grow within a collaborative performance organization. Opportunities are available for both part-time (hourly) and full-time (salaried) roles in Chicago, IL; Tampa, FL; Seattle, WA; and Phoenix, AZ, based on availability, experience, and organizational needs.
