Start Date: October 2014

Hometown: Templeton, Mass. - Small town in the north central part of the state that is close to the New Hampshire border.

First Convention: 2014 - Ballys Las Vegas (also first time ever in Las Vegas)

What brought you to the NFCA?: I was in Athletics Communications for 15 years and was the softball contact at Radford University. A few years after I interviewed the first time and didn't get the job, I was asked to come to Louisville for an interview and I'm still here today. Also a thank you to Mickey Dean, who pushed me to apply and interview for the job the first time around.

Favorite thing about the NFCA: The folks that work here and all the relationships I have made across the softball landscape.

Fun Facts: I have been to 41 states; Was a substitute teacher (briefly); Played the saxophone from elementary school through high school; I have seen my favorite band Pearl Jam live seven times, which includes shows at Fenway Park and Wrigley Field.

Hobbies: Anything outdoors - hiking, biking, sitting on the porch and reading; Live music; Museums; Spontaneous day trips; Travel; Trying out new breweries
