Walla Walla's Brandi Schoessler and Douglas College's Natasha Bedard were named the NWAC Softball Players of the Week for contests played April 3-9. Additionally Schoessler was selected the Softball Under Armour Player of the Week.

Schoessler, who garnered Pitcher of the Week honors two weeks ago, went 3-0 with a 0.88 ERA and a save to help the Warriors to four wins last week.

Bedard keyed Douglas to a pair of victories going 4-for-5 at the plate with a double, home run and six RBI, while posting an .833 on-base percentage.
