LOUISVILLE, KY. –  Continuing their winning ways, the Cougars of Alexander Central (Taylorsville, N.C.) remain No. 1 in the USA Today/NFCA High School Top 25 for the seventh straight week.

With postseason action underway in many states, upsets cost both Columbia (Lake City, Fla.) and St. Amant (St. Amant, La.) their places in the top 25.

Strong performances this week allowed Manteno (Manteno, Ill.), North Davidson (Lexington, N.C.), Lebanon (Lebanon, Ohio), and Crown Point (Crown Point, Ind.) to continue their move up the rankings.

The USA Today/NFCA High School Top 25 Poll will be released every Thursday through June 5.
