LOUISVILLE, KY. –  The Cougars of Alexander Central (Taylorsville, N.C.) head into the state playoffs to take on No.10 North Davidson (Lexington, N.C.).  The winner of this best-of-three series moves on to the state 4A title game.

Amador Valley (Pleasanton, Calif.) and Mission Viejo (Calif.) each recorded wins and remain at No. 2 and No. 4 respectively as the California state playoffs continue.

Immaculate Heart Academy (Washington Township, N.J.) and Olathe East (Olathe, Kan.) continue to tally wins and climb the rankings.

June 5 will mark the final week of the 2014 USA Today/NFCA High School Top 25 Poll.
