LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Registration is open for the 2026 NFCA Convention, returning to Harrah’s Resort, host of the 2019 Convention, in Atlantic City, N.J., from Dec. 9–12. On the heels of last year's record-breaking turnout, don't miss out on softball’s premier event. Register by Nov. 1 to take advantage of the early-bird discount.

Members who sign up by Nov. 1 will receive the discounted early-bird rate of $395 for a full registration, while a non-member’s rate would be $520. Prices increase by $75 after Nov. 1 and another $75 after Nov. 25. Additionally, NFCA Emeriti members receive a discounted rate of $200, which does not increase.

Are you flying? We have you covered. NFCA Convention attendees using Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) will have access to a discounted Roundtrip Ground Transportation Service from PHL to the NFCA Host Hotel – Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City. All shuttle reservations must be made by Nov. 19, 2026.
