SACRAMENTO, Calif. - After tying with Siskiyous a week ago, defending state champion Cypress gained sole posession of the top spot of the latest CalJC Top 20 poll that was released on Monday.
Cypress, which opened it season on Tuesday, notched seven first-place votes, while last week's co-number one, Siskiyous (5-0), received five and fell to second in the rankings. Rounding out the top five was Feather River, Mt. San Antonio and Sacramento City in thrid through fifth, respectively. To view the complete poll, click here.
