LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Archbishop Molloy High School (N.Y.) repeated as the top program with a 4.0 GPA as the NFCA revealed its Easton Top 10 GPAs for high schools. Additionally, over 1,950 prep student-athletes captured Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2025-26 academic year.
Molloy, under the direction of Lou Santos, topped the charts for a second consecutive year with 15 Stanners earning All-America Scholar-Athlete recognition. Grand Island Northwest High School’s (Neb.) 3.98 GPA earned the No. 2 spot with LeRoy High School (Ill.) and West Stanly High School (N.C.) tying for third at 3.95 and Valley View High School (Ark.) in fifth with a 3.933 GPA.
Argyle High School (Texas), Rock Creek High School (Kan.) and Mardela High School (Md.) followed closely at 3.931, 3.928 and 3.927, respectively. Wisconsin Lutheran High School and Riverside High School (Va.) with 3.910 and 3.902 GPAs round out the top 10. Thrall High School (Texas) - finished just outside the top 10 at 3.9.
The rankings and honors recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the Association’s high school membership. Team GPAs and scholar-athletes are submitted by member head coaches. Collegiate team GPA winners and scholar-athletes were announced on Aug. 12.
