No. 2 Louisiana College opened play this week by going 4-0 as well, while defending national champion and No. 4 East Texas Baptist started 6-0. Nos. 3 and 5 Eastern Connecticut and Luther, respectively, have yet to begin play. Eastern Connecticut will not play until March 19, while Luther opens up this weekend at an indoor round-robin.
