Louisville, Ky.- Both idle last week, Mission Viejo (Calif.) and Alexander Central (Taylorsville, N.C.) continue to hold the top two spots in the USA Today Sports/NFCA High School Super 25. St. Amant (La.), Aledo (Texas), and Pioneer (San Jose, Calif.) each tallied wins and remain at No. 3 through No. 5, respectively.

 

As Massachusetts state softball begins its competitive season, No. 21 Bridgewater-Raynham (Bridgewater, Mass.) opens conference play against Barnstable (Hyannis, Mass.).

The USA Today Sports/NFCA High School Super 25 will be released every Thursday through June 11.

State rankings submitted by NFCA member coaches are used to help compile the USA Today Sports/NFCA High School Super 25. Records for this week’s poll include all games played through April 13.
