VANCOUVER, Wash. - The defending Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges champion Mt. Hood Saints occupy the top spot in the 2010 preseason softball rankings while 10-time champion Lower Columbia is projected as the No. 2 team to beat. East Region foes Walla Walla, 2009 NWAACC runner-up, and Wenatchee Valley round out the top four.
