LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The NFCA is pleased to welcome premier sports facility Scrap Yard Sports as its newest partner. Scrap Yard Sports has agreed to a three-year contract and will be the title sponsor for the NFCA Convention’s “Happy Hour” in the exhibit hall at the 2017, 2018 and 2019 national conventions.

 “We are pleased to announce Scrap Yard Sports as an NFCA Official Convention Sponsor,” said NFCA Executive Director Carol Bruggeman.  “It is a first-class organization, which impacts all levels of softball from youth teams to the professional league.  The ‘Scrap Yard Sports Happy Hour’ will be a popular event at our convention as it provides an opportunity for coaches to network and share ideas. We look forward to working with Scrap Yard Sports and growing the game through our partnership."

Located near The Woodlands, Texas, Scrap Yard Sports is a state-of-the-art sports complex in the Houston area that focuses on youth softball and baseball. The home of NPF’s Scrap Yard Dawgs boasts 10 all-turf fields with six more additional fields becoming playable throughout 2017.

The fields were created to support softball and baseball tournaments as well as offering accommodations for any field-centered sport. Situated on 75 acres, the facility offers top-of-the-line amenities that include covered batting cages and seating, recruiter/coaches boxes, an officials’ clubhouse and first class concessions.
