LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The NFCA is excited to announce its four camp offerings in 2021. Scheduled in June and July, NFCA camps provide a reputable and fun way for prospective student-athletes to improve their skills and showcase their talent to collegiate coaches.
Association staples, the Northeast Academic
and Pennsbury Classic Camps, lead off the season on June 15 and 16, respectively. Preceding the Pennsbury Invitational, both camps will be held at the Newtown (Pa.) Helen Randle Softball Complex.
NFCA Classic and Academic camps are an opportunity to take reps and receive instruction from collegiate coaches working the camps, as well as provide student-athletes’ profile information to hundreds of college coaches. In regards to the Northeast Academic Camp, there are additional academic requirements a prospective student-athlete must meet in order to be accepted. The standards reflect the requirements necessary for acceptance into many of the schools represented.
In July, the Association offers a pair of EXCEL Camps - Atlanta Legacy EXCEL (July 7) and Ohio Stingrays EXCEL (July 8) - on back-to-back days. The camps take place prior to the Atlanta Legacy Showcase (Powder Springs, Ga.) and Ohio Stingrays Showcase (Obetz, Ohio), respectively.
The EXCEL Camps feature collegiate coaches, who offer individualized hitting and defensive instruction to all attendees. Additionally, the afternoon is filled with competitive games and on-field live action.
