You can register on-line or download a copy of the convention brochure in PDF format. Register by November 1 to get the early-bird special. 

You should receive a hard copy of convention brochure and registration form in the mail in by the third week of September. We apologize for the lateness, but we experienced some speaker confirmation delays because of the Olympic Games.
