Stabilizer Solutions
, the “Official Playing Field Surface” of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, is teaming up with the association to award outstanding field maintenance with the Stabilizer Solutions/NFCA Field Maintenance Awards. Nominations for the 2007 awards are currently being accepted through Oct. 30. Coaches can enter their field by submitting a short description and photo of their playing surface tostabilizersolutions@gmail.com. The company is also asking coaches to recommend other teams’ fields that exhibit outstanding field maintenance and an excellent playing surface.
Stabilizer and the NFCA will recognize the college and high school fields of the year, as well as up to eight regional winners. Winners of the award will receive a plaque and be recognized during the opening business meeting at the NFCA National Convention in Las Vegas. The national and regional selections will also be listed in Fastpitch Delivery, the official publication of the NFCA.
