LOUISVILLE, Ky. – NFCA Executive Director Lacy Lee Baker has been named to the board of directors of the Louisville Sports Commission, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Baker was one of eight new members appointed to the board to serve a three-year term from 2013-2015. The eight new members join 13 others that were re-elected to the prestigious board, also for a three-year term.
"We are pleased to welcome such a distinguished group of local business leaders to our board of directors," said Karl Schmitt, executive director of the LSC. "These individuals will bring a wealth of experience and innovative thinking to the board as it works to fulfill our mission of creating a legacy of economic and social vitality through sports."
