LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The NFCA is pleased to announce RIP-IT has signed a multi-year deal to be a new Official Sponsor of the Association.
“We are thrilled to welcome RIP-IT as our newest Official Sponsor,” said NFCA Executive Director Carol Bruggeman. “RIP-IT is setting the industry standard by providing high quality, innovative products designed specifically for the female athlete. Janelle Anderson (CEO) and the RIP-IT team are committed to excellence and to expanding relationships within the softball community. We look forward to working with RIP-IT to elevate our sport.”
In partnership with the NFCA, RIP-IT will be the title sponsor of the NFCA’s High School Caucus and Travel Ball Caucus. Additionally, RIP-IT will have a presence at upcoming NFCA Conventions to enhance their brand by interacting with attendees through their presence.
“We are incredibly excited to partner with the NFCA, uniting RIP-IT's commitment to innovative apparel and equipment for female athletes and their dedication to coaching, education, and professional development,” said Janelle Anderson, CEO of RIP-IT. “Together, we aim to empower female athletes and their coaches, driving the sport of fastpitch softball to new heights.”
RIP-IT develops innovative, performance-driven, safety-focused gear designed exclusively for female athletes. In a testament to its mission, RIP-IT is proud to introduce the Ringor Pro softball shoes. Launching later this year, the shoes boast a range of advanced innovations that are first of its kind in the marketplace.
“For too long, women's sports have been overlooked by major brands who simply resize men's shoes. This approach leads to discomfort, subpar performance, and even injury,” explained Anderson. "With Ringor Pro's 'TrueHarmony', we've designed a toe box and heel specifically to the proportions of a woman's foot, ensuring a superior fit, enhanced performance, and faster recovery times. This marks a historic milestone where women's softball cleats surpass men's in quality and design."
About RIP-IT
RIP-IT is devoted to a single, impactful mission: elevating female athletic performance. We believe in the profound, yet simple, concept that women & girls deserve gear that fits flawlessly, performs optimally, and mirrors the unique requirements of all female athletes. RIP-IT was born from a family’s quest to protect one of their own on the softball field. When Lauren suffered a broken nose during a softball game, her father, Mike, and her brothers, Jason and Matthew, recognized the need for a better solution than the bulky, poorly-designed baseball masks available. With Mike's engineering expertise and support from Jason and Matthew, they created the first softball-specific face mask, setting RIP-IT on a path of pioneering first-to-market products that address specific needs of female athletes previously overlooked by the sports equipment industry.
