Thursday's opening game of the 2006 Women's College World Series has been delayed in the bottom of the fifth inning by thunderstorms in the Oklahoma City area. 

Arizona was at-bat in the bottom of the fifth and leading Oregon State 2-1 in the bottom of the fifth when play was halted.
