LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association is pleased to announce the 12 players named to the NFCA Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) All-America team.
Spokane, which defeated defending champion Mount Hood, 12-3 in five innings in the NWAC championship, placed three players — pitcher Lindsie Scholwinski, infielder Sydnie Malloy and outfielder Berkley Fisher — on the squad. Runner-up Mount Hood, meanwhile, joined Southwestern Oregon and Wenatchee Valley with the second-most selections, with two apiece.
Clackamas, Columbia Basin and Treasure Valley rounded out the team with one selection each.
