LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association is pleased to announce the 2015 NJCAA Division I All-Region teams. Overall, 98 players from 39 different institutions comprised first and second squads chosen from the Midwest, South and West Regions.
Four teams, Western Nebraska Community College, Midland College, Seminole State College of Florida and Temple College managed to get all five of their nominated players chosen to one of the region teams. Jefferson College and Lake Land College tied for the national lead as each program boasted four first-team selections. Central Alabama Community College, Howard College and Blinn College each had three first-team honorees.

The 2015 NJCAA Division I All-Region squads typically consist of two teams of 16 players each from all three of the NFCA’s regions. All first-team all-region choices are now eligible to be tabbed to the NFCA NJCAA DI All-American teams, which are scheduled to be announced on June 3 via NFCA.org.
