This a fast-moving drill that helps players improve hand-eye coordination, teamwork and short hops.

Equipment Needed:
Lite-flight balls, a solid wall.

Purpose:
This a fast-moving drill that helps players improve hand-eye coordination, teamwork and short hops.

Explanation:
Place groups of three to six players in a column six feet from a brick wall.

Players line up in a column six feet from a brick wall. The player in the front of the line throws the ball to the wall. The next player in line catches it and also throws it to the wall. Each player rotates to the end of the line after they throw it. We do this drill bare-handed. It is a great drill for indoor work at the beginning of the season.
