This is a continuous throw and run drill. All players can be involved. Have players divide up evenly between the bases. The first two players at the bases need helmets on.

Equipment Needed:
Eight batting helmets, four bases, one softball

Explanation:
This is a continuous throw and run drill. All players can be involved. Have players divide up evenly between the bases.

The first two players at the bases need helmets on. The ball starts at home plate. The player at home starts the drill by throwing the ball to second and then sprints through first.

The player at second must field the ball, touch second and throw to first, then sprint to third. The player at first fields the ball, touches first and then throws to third and sprints to second.

The player at third fields it, tags the runner or third base and throws it to second and sprints home. The player at second finishes the rotation by fielding it, touching second and throwing it home. She then remains at second. The drill repeats from home again.
