Purpose: focuses on the pitcher’s mental focus and endurance after a bullpen session is over
Explanation: Start the stopwatch at one minute and let her throw from the rubber with one ball in her glove and one in her hand. It is a rapid motion drill with her continuing to use her legs as the catcher counts to see how many pitches she can complete in her one minute of time. It works on stamina, endurance, and mental focus.
