What is the NFCA Convention?

The NFCA National Convention is the largest gathering of softball coaches and exhibitors on earth. The Exhibit Show is your chance to connect in-person with thousands of softball coaches from all levels of the game. As interest and investment in women’s sports continues to grow, the Exhibit Show puts your products and services in front of key decision-makers who are actively seeking solutions and partnerships.

Held Thursday & Friday on December 10–11, 2026, in Atlantic City, NJ, the Exhibit show is part of the NFCA National Convention. Exhibit Show booth space is limited and applications are now open. Each 10' x 10' booth is $1,950. New this year, we will host a Saturday Showcase on December 12, 2026. Each table space will be $500. 2026 Convention Exhibitor Application

The 2026 NFCA Exhibit Show application will be released for general registration on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 10 AM ET.

EXHIBIT SHOW: The NFCA Convention Exhibit Show takes place on Thursday and Friday. Each 10' x 10' booth is $1,950. The current show is Sold Out and will begin working off of a waitlist.

SATURDAY SHOWCASE: New this year, located in the same space as the Thursday and Friday Exhibit Show, the NFCA will feature a Saturday-only showcase. Company spaces will be 6ft tables - each space is $500. The space will feature educational programming, raffles, merchandise, and other attendee happenings.

STEPS TO APPLY

Create a new Exhibitor Portal account or log in with an existing account.
Once logged in, click on the "Convention & Exhibit Show" button.
Please fill out your application carefully and completely.
The company information you provide on your submitted application will be copy/pasted and displayed on our website, digital program and Convention app. Only one company per application may be submitted.
Provide the contact information for the individual who will be the main point of contact and in charge of communication and execution leading up to the show.
An NFCA staff member will reach out to you at the email entered on the application with next steps when it is your company's turn to select.

WHAT DETERMINES YOUR BOOTH PLACEMENT

The NFCA uses a loyalty rankings program to determine Convention booth placement.
Official Sponsors and Partners have first priority for Convention booth selection.
For all other companies, any direct participation with the NFCA helps boost your ranking for Convention booth placement, including: sponsorship opportunities, advertising, other NFCA event booth space, membership status, and much more.

EXHIBITOR CREDENTIALS

PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitor credentials allow you access to the Thursday/Friday Exhibit Show, Thursday/Friday breakfast and the Thursday Exhibit Hall Happy Hour ONLY. An Exhibitor credential is NOT a Convention attendee credential and does not grant you the same access to Convention as a regular Convention attendee. If interested in attending speaker sessions, see the special options below.

Exhibitor Event-Only Credentials: Event-only credentials for the evening social events are available for purchase at $35/each through our office, online, or on-site at registration.

Convention Attendee Credential for Exhibitors: Convention Attendee Credentials for Exhibitors are available for an additional fee for any paid Exhibitor who wishes to have full access to all events associated with the NFCA Convention to include: speaker sessions, meals, evening social events, and the Hall of Fame dinner. Only those present at the Convention and included on the initial company badge list are eligible for this discount.

EXHIBIT SHOW ACTIVITIES

Digital Auction
Exhibitors are invited to donate products, services, subscriptions, etc. to the NFCA’s Digital Auction, housed within the Convention app, and runs the week leading up to Convention. The auction will close on Thursday evening for item pickup or to coordinate shipping on Friday morning.

Happy Hour
Exhibit Hall Happy Hour is on Thursday, December 10, from 5:00-6:30 pm.

Live Raffle and Giveaways
Exhibit Hall live raffle and giveaways on December 11 at 1:00 pm.
