NFCA COACHES CLINICS VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

Each winter, the NFCA Coaches Clinics presented by GameChanger bring together more than 2,500 coaches across 8 clinics in 7 locations. With up to 500 attendees at each event, primarily high school and travel ball coaches, these two-day clinics provide an intimate setting to connect with key decision-makers in the sport. Vendors benefit from built-in vendor breaks and an evening social hour, creating impactful face-to-face opportunities to share products, build relationships, and grow visibility in front of the softball community. How to Become an NFCA Coaches Clinics Vendor & What’s Included

BOOTH SPACE INCLUDES

• One (1) 6’ table or 8' table (size of table based upon hotel inventory) 
• Two (2) chairs
• Location of table placement will be as follows: NFCA Official Sponsors and Partners, NFCA Loyalty Rankings, then first-come, first served time-stamped applications.
• Registration includes four (4) comped vendor badges. Additional vendor badges may be purchased for $25/badge through the MY BADGES page of the Exhibitor Portal.

PRICING

• $450 for one table (per clinic)
• $600 for two tables (per clinic)

VENDOR APPLICATION

Your company must complete a vendor application (instructions and link to application are below).

1. Click on the EXHIBITOR PORTAL button below.
2. Click on "Join Now" in the upper lefthand corner.
3. Register a new Exhibitor Portal account if you don’t already have one.
   1. Please note: be sure to make the primary contact the employee who will be managing your company's payments and vendor badges through the portal.
4. Log in to the Exhibitor Portal.
5. Click on "Coaches Clinic Vendor Opportunities."
6. Fill out the Coaches Clinic vendor application and agree to the vendor guidelines.
7. Select your method of payment.
8. Please note: if you select credit card, you will be prompted to pay immediately.
9. If you choose to pay with check, you will receive an automated email with information on where/who to send the check to.
10. Invoices/receipts can be accessed at any time through the "My Receipts" tab on the portal.

 NFCA Coaches Clinic Sponsorship Opportunities

If you’re a company looking to target the high school and/or travel ball market, these clinics are a must-attend event! Beyond a booth, there are several ways to enhance your presence at our clinics. Including, but not limited to the options below.

ADVERTISING - SLIDESHOW AD
Have your ad viewed for two days at each clinic location by over 2,500 grassroots coaches across the country. This is a great opportunity to target the high school and travel ball community, even if you cannot join us in person as a vendor! $800 for full clinic season (eight clinics)

QUICK PITCH
Immediately following a speaker session, your company will have the opportunity to pitch your product/service for 90 seconds on the microphone in front of ALL attendees (content must be approved by the NFCA). $500 per pitch/per clinic

Q&A PANEL
This live Q&A with our clinicians is a fan-favorite event that takes place on Friday evening. Your company will have the opportunity to deliver a “Quick Pitch” (see below) and have your logo displayed on the screens. Contact for pricing.

SOCIAL HOUR
Network with our coaches by sponsoring our social hour on Friday night (select locations available). A guaranteed hour long event with complimentary drinks/snacks for our attendees, we seal the deal with a prime booth location for you! Contact for pricing.

COFFEE BREAKS
There’s one thing our attendees love more than free WiFi - and that’s free coffee. Sponsor one of our breaks for a chance to drive attendees to your booth to pass out marketing materials. Contact for pricing.

SATURDAY MORNING BREAKFAST
The NFCA will begin offering breakfast options for attendees on Saturday morning before speaker sessions begin. Sponsor the breakfast, pass out marketing materials and drive attendees to your booth with this opportunity. Contact for pricing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

EXTRAS
Electricity, internet and power needs vary from hotel to hotel. Once registered, companies will receive site-specific information regarding additional service needs prior to the clinic. Each exhibitor is responsible for any additional fees associated with hotel services, along with meeting hotel deadlines.

NO ENDORSEMENTS PERMITTED
Please do not ask our speakers to endorse any of your products/services on stage. This puts them and our attendees in a very difficult position.

RECORDING
Photography, video, and audio taping for a general overview of the Exhibit Show and within company booth space for company social media, website, or promotional purposes is allowed. This must be minimal in nature and not disrupt other companies or any other programming within the Exhibit Show. No full productions are allowed, including lighting or additional sound equipment. Exhibitors should not photograph, video or audio tape at booth space other than their own. 

ADVERTISING
The NFCA offers ad space for purchase in our Coaches Clinic Slideshow which is played in front of the Coaches Clinic audience at various times throughout the two-day event. Click here for pricing and more information.

All registered exhibitors at every NFCA Coaches Clinic are responsible for and required to abide by the NFCA’s Coaches Clinic Exhibitor Guidelines.
