LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Rawlings Sporting Goods Company, Inc. revealed the 27 recipients of 2023 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Rawlings Gold Glove Award, presented by the NFCA, on Tuesday afternoon. The award recognizes nine student-athletes from each of the NJCAA Division I, II and III memberships.

Twenty-two programs were represented in total with five earning two Gold Gloves apiece. Taking home multiple honors in Division I were Grayson College and McLennan Community College, while Jones College, Murray State College and Parkland College led the way in Division II. Nine programs were spotlighted in Division III.

Recipients of the Rawlings Gold Glove Award, presented by the NFCA, were selected by the NFCA’s NJCAA Division I & II All-America Committees, following regional voting to identify the finalists at each position. In NJCAA Division III, the head coach membership voted for the winners. The groups utilized fielding statistics and school-submitted video to closely examine finalists and select the winners at every defensive position. Any student-athlete that competed in the current championship year and was nominated by their head coach who is a member in good standing with the NFCA was eligible for consideration for this prestigious accolade.
